I am having one of those days. I downloaded a mirror family placed it in my model went to edit the famiy within the .rfa and there is nothing there. I see the family in my model but nothing within the family itself. Is this a magic trick? I changed the views from ref level to 3D to elevation and I cannot see the mass.

Any ideas

Cheers

You say mass.... Is it a mass family?   I doubt it.

Does the family have any 3D objects in it or just symbollic linework?

Did you look at VG in the family?  Categories may be turned off just as they can be in the project.

Otherwise - we would need to see the family.

It is a Generic Model family. I have attached the family. I cannot see any symbolic linework or 3D in any view. I checked Veiw graphics as well. Thank you for your time.

There is nothing in this family and when you place it in a project, there is still nothing.

I think you have something else in your project.  Find the family you posted under families in the project browser, right click and delete it.  Is the mirror still there?

Good suggestion I will try that when it has completed. I am rendering right now. I open the family straight from the model by selecting the mirror and going that route. I have closed and opened the model several times. Anyways I wil let you know. Thank you for your time.
