Currently we are not automated with our schedules, but i like to. I attached a revit file as to what im doing. It not completed yet. My problem right now is, how can i hide duplicated names so that only one name will show up in the schedule.
Example: 2B-1 is the name of 4 beams my model. They can be on the same level and/or on different levels. Levels i mean as floors.

In the schedule properties under the Sorting/Grouping tab uncheck the Itemize every instance box at the bottom.
