I all,I ran into this problem that I can't for the life of me fix I have the [sheet issue / revision] schedule set up in the Titleblock. In your revision table in the project (not the sheet), do you have any extra characters in the text? It really looks like review should fit on that line.
You also seem to have a double space between revisions and that should not be happening.
What Revit? and what updates have you installed?

I messed around with your formatting in the RFA file. It's definitely a problem in the formatting of your title block revision box. When I reset it to default formatting (in the Schedule table) it all lined up on one line.
I was able to get this solution by doing this (IN THIS ODER):
Modified the revision table in your border
Header Text 2.5mm
Body Text 1.5mm
Edit the Schedule: Revision Schedule by double clicking and opening it
Select Column D (Date) and pick "Font". Override the font size by setting it to 2.5mm.
Results below.
*Edit your RFA file is huge. I purged it. here is a project with it in it.

LEGEND!! Thank you. I was only looking at the properties window, didnt know I could reset overrids from the schedule itself. Thanks you just saved me my weeks of wonder.
