I downloaded a Kohler sink from their website. I cannot seem to place it at the countertop height. it wants to attach itself to only the face that I bring it in at. and that face seems to be the floor level. is there a way to unlock it from that?

I don't have the family so its hard to say............You have it - look at it in the family editor. Is it face based?

I am going to attach the family. I believe it is face based.

That is face based so you have to have a host other than your floor. Pick the sink, select pick new host then your 3D counter.
