You don't load from Revitcity directly into a project.  You download to your system then you load it into the project using the Revit load process.

Look in your Project Browser under Families and find it.  You may be trying to bring it into your project the wrong way

Well did you actually place it????   Revit can't guess as to where you want it.  This is a curtainwall door and you have to swap out a curtainwall panel with this.

Please - please - read your HELP - Curtain walls.

You need read our responses better.  You need to click on the curtain wall panel that you want to change and in the type selector pulldown change it from the Glazing to your Door

This is a process problem not a Revit problem.  As WWHub said you should read up in your help on curtain walls and learn how they work so that you know how to change the panels, mullions etc.

Ahh, the chicken or the egg.

Here is the answer:

If the door you are looking to place is part of a curtain wall family, then you most likely have loaded it in the project.  However, those types of doors will not show up right away.  Here is what you have to do:  Click on the curtain wall glass panel where you want the door to be, unpin it and then swap it using the type properties menu pulldown.  Your new door should appear in that pulldown menu.

It is that easy.
