A demolished door puts in a bit of new wall in my existing wall.
I want a tile wainscot / split face up the wall to 6' for a bathroom. but I cant get the split face tool to recognize the infill wall bit. simply ignores it. any suggestions?

Don't splitface the wall. Place a thin tile only wall agaist your wall and join the two.

I know. I should have done that with the whole project (I usually do). Though it would be easier to split face it quick style and ended up taking a little longer...second guessed myself. thanks for the work around.
