I have a bunch of different levels and almost every one that i need a ceilling plan view for is not showing up. How do i add them?

From the picture you can see that the T.O. Second floor and T.O. Basement slab ceilling view is missing and i nedd thoses

You need to find some fundamental training resources .... one of the books would help you with this very beginning question.

Click on view / floor plans / reflected ceiling plans and pick your levels.
