hi

I'm having some big problem here. I guess it's a 3ds max design problem - but one of you might have had the same problem.

I model in revit, and now i have to create a masterplan with a lot of identical houses.

I therefore create the house in one file (house.rvt.) and link this project file into a new revit file (project.rvt), where i copy the house around where it is needed.

I then link the project.rvt file into 3ds max design for rendering, and everything is working just fine, as long the house.rvt just contains walls and roofs.

If I add windows or doors, then 3ds max won't display the model, the display simply gets 'blank' (see attached screenshot) when I reload the link.

I'm sure it's a 3ds max problem, but I simply don't know where to look for help for this. So suggestions are very welcome :-)

And if you know of any workarounds for creating masterplans that can be linked into 3ds max, I would be very glad.

Thanks.

Jorgensen
