Hello, I'm very new to the Autodesk scene. I'm just learning these programs and have a few questions. I am designing a kitchen. I would like to design in Revit and then render in one of the applications. Presently, I have an older copy of Autodesk Viz 4 and a copy of "VIZ Render for ADT 2006" which came with my installation of Autodesk Archtectural Desktop.
What I would like to know is:
Is Viz Render a stripped down program? Does it render well? Do power users use another version of Viz to do their rendering?
If Viz Render is a stripped down program, could I use my older copy of Viz 4 to do the renderings? Is Revit 7.0 compatible with Autodesk Viz 4?
What is the opinion of this community with respect to renderings and application choice?
Thank you all!
