Hi all,

I have modelled a roof light for a large commercial building. I am able to edit the angle parameter in the properties window for the 3 vertical elements of curtain system, however, I am unable to do the same process for the sloped element and as such, am unable to manipulate the grid to appear how I would like it to.

See attachments, selecting vertical element and able to rotate.. then selecting sloped element and unable to rotate and when I click the 'configure grid layout' button, it disappears and nothing happens.

Hope someone can help. The shape was modelled as conceptual mass and then curtain system applied to each face. Due to the way the shape it formed I was unable to model it as walls and roof without a nasty break line appearing from highest to lowest point.

Thanks in advance

Lee

Even though no responses yet, I thought I'd better write back to the thread as I managed to figure out how to work around the problem I was having.

For the top piece of the conceptual mass, instead of applying finish as curtain system.. apply it as roof, then sloped glazing and my rotation parameters become available again.

Very happy! We've only been using Revit for a couple of weeks now so no doubt many questions to come!
