Is there a way to show Revision 1, say "Issued for DD" to every sheet easily without needing to have a revision box of that revision number somewhere on the sheet.

I know the revisions box automatically populates as revision clouds are on the sheet, but I'd like to have it filled out without needing to put a revision cloud on every sheet.

We put a very small cloud down near the sheet number.  Then we select that and over-ride graphics in view to white.  I wish you could copy paste that with the over-ride but it will not.

We have a separate spot on our titleblock for issues.  That's where we say "ISSUED FOR XXXXX".  Once it is ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION, we don't change that anymore.  I don't believe this should be a revision item.

There is a Revisions on Sheet property that allows you check the revisions you want to display in the revision schedule if there are no clouds on the sheet.

gbiallas,  The setting you describe is not available if you do revisions by project.
