I am working with Revit 2013 Suite and we are getting an error that states "An unrecoverable error has occurred. As a result this program will be terminated"  I am assuming there is something corrupt in the file. Everyone in the office is working with the suite except one person who is working in MEP 2013 and for some reason she can open it just fine, its just the suites that can't open it.  Any idea why this would be?

Its probably a missing or corrupt file or regestry entry. Your best bet is to just reinstall the cliant. It will be faster than trying to hunt down and replace the missing file or regestry entry.

If something is missing why does it open in MEP fine but not in the Suite?

"Your best bet is to just reinstall the cliant"   Not sure what you mean

Are you saying you have one person with a stand alone MEP (Not just set in the options)?  I did not think that was available although I had a similar problem and discovered I had a stand alone architectural.  I ended up re-installing my program to be the suites.

Yea we had one person in the office who had just MEP the rest had the Suite. It was pretty weird not sure what the problem was.  We ended up just updating the project to 2014 and everything is working again.
