Hello,
I'm using Revit Arch 2013 and linking AutoCAD 3D files into our model from our MEP coordination process. I need the files to come in as solids, but everytime I import them they come in as wireframe. I originally wasn't seeing all the content and receieved an error about setting the proxygraphics to 1, so we did that and now all the content is showing up, but as wire frame.
We tried saving the file as a shaded view before importing and that didn't work.
I'm not sure if it's an AutoCAD or Revit setting, but any suggestions would be great!

Not going to happen. You can't get solids from a vector based model. End of story.

If there are planes in the CAD, import into a family and insert that.
