Ok, see if any of you revit gurus can figure this one out. I imported my rhino file with all of my walls, roofs, and curtain systems set up as surfaces in a conceptual mass, with the intention of using the revi building maker to convert them to the various components. Just started doing the walls, and all seemed to be fine, except suddenly, my walls weren't joining! Well, except for ONE of them, which seems to somehow be hosted to a reference plane, even though i made all the walls with the wall by face tool. i've attached a screenshot, and look not only at the wall properties, but also the difference in the selection.
Also, if someone has a better way of making ribs and such, whether it be in revit or rhino, could someone give me some tips on the best ways to go about that?

Wall by face exactly mimics the mass. Normal wall tools are not available in this category.

Hmm, I'm not sure if this actually answers what I'm asking. Can you take another look?

What answer are you looking for? Your images don't tell me anything, I don't see any walls that aren't joining or which one is hosted to a reference plan (if you used wall by face then its on the face of the mass).
