Morning All,
Im looking at combining a number of individual pump family files into a single family. Selection then can be made from the type drop down once understood.
As it currently stands the pumps are not parametric so heights etc cannot be adjusted on each pump. They are individual blocks....So how do you get that pump block to appear to each of the family types? Its the link I just cant get my head around!
An image is attached, I may be going the wrong way about this?

Disregard my question, Ive managed to resolve the issue.
Solution:
Input the blocks into a single family.
Using parameter types you can set up a visibility parameter.
Then on family types you can link these so the block changes when you select the diffrent sizes of pump.
Cheers
