Hey,

 

Im Rendering an interior perspective and i keep getting a whole bunch of white spots from the sunlight. I thought maybe it was the materials but when i just render with artificial it doesnt do it. ive tried changing setting but nothing seems to be working. what am i doin wrong???

Try to add lots of interior studio lights.

the white spots are only there because light is reflecting off the surface. If you were to render that on Best or High it would be a perfect shine. The only solutions are to turn up the quality of rendering or turn down the reflectivity of the surface, or both.

the shinier an object the more revit has to work to reflect off of it regardless of how many studio lights are in the room.

 

btw your computers are floating a tad ;-)

i have huge white spots..kinda like dust on the lense look .. the reflectivity of the wall and the racks are 0

play with the exposure. if your lights are too dim and exposure too high this can happen.
