So I added a custom hatch to my roof and somehow while I have been working in other areas of my project the pattern has changed in one of my elevation views. Any idea as to how I can fix this?

Should we guess at what you are talking about?  The images do not show us.

Fixed it with override. Still wired how that one side of the element is different. Thanks!

This is not a Revit issue.

If you mistakenly did this as two different roofs then that may have been your problem.

Or perhaps you over-rode one roof already and not the other.

Either way, you should look at your roof properties and understand what you did.
