I have created a drawing index that utilizes a sheet schedule with parameters added so that an "X" will appear in the schedule when a box is checked in the properties of each individual sheet.

My question is can I take the manual box checking out of the equation by somehow linking the appearance of an “X” to the appearance of a revision cloud?  When I place a revision cloud on the sheet the revision schedule updates, but can this be applied to a sheet schedule?  Here is an example of the Index I have created: example index.png

Is my question clear? For instance if A-201 is issued for both revisions and is clouded as such an "X" would show in both columns, but if A-412 is only issued for the 80% review, and is clouded as such, then only an "X" in that column, without having to check a box in the properties of the sheet.

This has been one of the holy grails for people using Revit but it is not possible.  The information is just not linked.  One is a property of the sheet, the other is the property of the titleblock family.  You could possibly use an add-on like BIMlink to accomplish this for you.

stealth - not quite right.

You can schedule sheets and include revisons, just not in seperate columns. (Probably could using formula's)
