I am doing foundatin sections and I want to show rebar and I have several questions.
The Modeled in bars have a variety of shapes and that is what I need. It shows them as double lines, which is OK, until I wanted to draw a wall with detail lines and then I cannot use the modeled reinf, the other reinf that you place as a component is heavy thick lines, so then the modeled and the detailed reinf does not match.
I guess I am asking is ther a way around this or do I have to draw every bar, tie, corner bar, ect. with indivdual detail lines?
Also it shows the modeled ones on plan, (is there a way to change the visibility to not show in course view?
How do you all do your reinforcing?

I'm not sure why you are resorting to drawing a wall with detail lines but if you want match your 'detail line' rebar to match the modelled rebar change the view with modeled rebar to 'medium detail' (won't show double lines). Then make a new 'linestyle' with a line weight that matches the rebar and use that to do 'detail line' rebar.
