I am trying to create a spot elevation symbol that I can place in a drafting view and has a line that I can drag to the right or left.  When I try to do it as a generic annotation family, I can't create reference PLANES (just ref lines) so I can't make a line draggable...when I try to do it as a generic model family, I can't create filled regions to draw it...is the only way to do this by creating a nested annotation symbol within a model family?
