I had a few exterior elevations (actual design elevations not 3d) of a building that looked great and had nice shadows and materials and everything was wonderful until today when I turned off a couple section marks and a level mark and then the back turned black and the dialog box in Graphic Display Options does not show the background section anymore?????
Now I can't even get rid of the black background!!
Any ideas?

The Graphics Tab of your Options dialog box no longer shows the Color section with the 'Invert Background' check box ??

Post a screen capture of the Graphics tab of your Options dialog box.

Yes, it is there.
I tried every combination of on or off and they did not seem to work.
I did use your idea to get out a print because the invert background did make the black white but I still do not understand why it changed from a gradient to black and i lost the background section in my display options for the elevation viewports???
