If you want to install Chameleon for 2013, all you need to do is copy the install files to the 2013 Add-Ins folder. This is just a temporary fix until I update the installer.
- Install Chameleon for 2012 following the install instructions.
- Copy the files in this folder: C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2012
- to this folder: C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2013
- Open Revit

i installed cameleon, but i havent got a Add-ins tab. i didnt have one before the install either.
any advice on how to get it working? im on architecture 2012 with a 64bit versino on Revit.

Hi Dan,
Try copying the files from the Install Revit folder of the downloaded zip file into the following folder:
C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2012

I have downloaded the instalation file but when I open the ZIP and try to launch the setup a message appears saying there is an error with the file and it can be repaired, the same happens with the PDF users guide.

i have tried installing using the install.bat file and the manual copying from 2012 addins to 2013 addins but neither has anything showing up in my addin's ribbon when I relaunch revit. are you sure this is still working?
