Hi,

I'm trying to use decal to bring some jpg. image to apply it on my wall. For some reason the decal "box" is not showing up? Why? All I need is to place it, and I can't...Help!!

You cannot place decals in 3D perspective views.

The decal only shows in rendered views.

No need to render to see the decal, change visual style to "Realistic"...

Did you "Split" your wall and your decal is in the middle of them? if so you cannot see your decal... can you post some images, a 3d view in realistic mode and the properties of that decal?
