First i wanna excuse me for my bad english.
But i have a question. I would like to make a dormer.
My question is: do you have to put the walls on the floor or could the be connected to the roof. So that the floors do not stand on a floor but on a roof under a ?corner? (sorry i don't know a better word for it) I hope you understand me.
Can someone help me?
Thx in forward

You can create the wall using the plate line below the roof as the level or any level, then select the wall and use the "Attach" tool "Base" to attach the base to the roof plane.
