I just inserted an SAT file into Revit 2012.  The coffee maker model works OK in all views (plan and elevation shown) except the elevation.  Checked all the VG categories.  No luck

Any tips are appreciated.

Check to make sure its not hidden and that your detail level is set to fine

Thanks for that.  View set to fine and checked hidden elements.  No luck though. I have attached a screen shot.  If you look closely you'll see the coffee maker elevation in half tone.  Just doesn't show up in view.

Did you make this coffee maker?  I would check the family and make sure all of the settings are correct for viewing there also.  Otherwise try uploading the family and I'll see if I get the same results.

I downloaded the SAT file from a sharing site, then created a family from it and inserted it as a component into Revit 2012.

I have attached the SAT and the RFA if you would like to take a look. 

If it's a hassle don't worry about it.
