I have a different condition that I cannot figure out, maybe I am just missing something easy but I have attached the image below.

I have joists that are running West-East, the joist start at 117'-9 1/2" on the east side and taper down to 117'-1" on the west side however the joists ends on the west side also drop from 117'-9 1/2" at the North and South corners of the west side down to 117'-1".  I am not worried about the cricket at this time so ignore that.  I can get my roof to slope from east to west, north to south, and south to north down to the 116'-11" that I need but when I try to add the other slope arrow running from west to east it says that it cannot make my footprint.

The whole roof slopes and is not tapered insulation.  Any ideas?  Sorry if this is confusing, please let me know if I can add any more information.

Revit architecture 2013.

"The whole roof slopes and is not tapered insulation".... I have never seen bar joists that will do as you describe in your sketch and the deck would be a real pain.  Really not possible.

If you want this roof slope with bar joist framing, I suggest you look at single slope joists and deck with tapered insulation (or just crickets).

This is an existing condition that we are reroofing so I have to leave the joists and decking alone.

So the roof is just insulation and roof.  Single slope one way then with edited points.

I really don't model things like this and if I do, I model the base insulation as single slope, then add in-place crickets.

I got it thanks!  I was having a problem that I couldn't figure out and it was because the insulation was set to variable in the roof structure.
