Using Revit Arch 2012.
I have a existing building reno project with a ton steel (over 4500 pieces). The guy who laid out the floor steel and bar joist used reference levels and we'd like to switch that to reference planes. I started selecting the pieces by level and using 'Edit Work Plane,' which will allow me to set to the ref plane I want, butin the properties window it says its still constrained to the original ref. level. Is there a way to clear that w/o having to completely rebuild?
The reason for the switch is the original user set the levels as T.O.S. 01, 02, etc, not exist. T.O.S. 01 and another user moved the levels for 2 new additions instead of creating new steel locations. Ugh.
Thanks for the help.

Why change these? Set up new levels and copy / paste from the level that moved to the correct level.... AND NAME THE LEVELS BETTER!
