Is there a command to draw either conduits or small pipe lines in Architecture?

No. You would have to use MEP, create a family, or use linework.

Thank you.
I have tried making pipelines, but I could only use one size diameter in 2 dimension. Could you direct me to a few "help menu" for creating this kind of interactive families?

Why not start by using one of the pipes in the downloads area. The one is easily sized.
