What is the best way to represent color in Revit, When rendering a specific color of a building? I want this brick swatch as the main color of this building.

Simple! Use that image file in your material properties.

that is what I did and when it repeats the pattern. the light and dark sides repeat and don't look good.

That is always a problem with swatches that have a big color gradient.  You may have to edit the image to get uniform color along the edges.
