Hi there,

In the family editor, the browser displays "sheets" under "views". What for?

There is no default sheet and I can't add any.

The family guide gives no clue on that.

If anyone knows anything about it, let me know!

I believe that it is just a built in part of the project browser.  The family editor is simply a place to create/edit familys that will be brought into a project.

You don't add sheets in the family editor and I wouldn't waste any time trying to figure out why the Sheets are still listed under views. Move on.

Thanks guys!

I could have thought of using these sheets as I work on a huge commercial project with lots of custom furniture: I draw each piece's details directly inside the huge model and things can get confusing as the project evolves.

Of course, there are many ways to manage this, but if sheets had been available directly inside families, I could have saved time and reduce the model's size.
