has anyone found a good work around for exporting plans into ACAD. No matter how much we tweak the layer settings the drawings do not export correctly. Some of the biggest issues we have relate to room tags. Is there a way to differeniate room tags between existing and new rooms. Right now by changing the object style in the family we can get the graphic symbol on the correct layers but the text does not change between new and existing room tags.
Also, when Revit exports the darwings and some families become blocks is there a way to make it so that the blocks are created on layer 0 but placed on the correct layer, without having to go through and correct it all by hand?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
