Hello, I was doing the Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011 English Tutorials (actually, the 3rd in the series, Professional Mass Modeling - Rendering Tutorial - and specifically step 09, of which the video can be found at youtube.com/watch?v=pDq8LXM9f30&list=PLCA82674D44C238A6&index=10&feature=plpp_video and I basically did the same thing, a shaded version with ambient shadows (not realistic mode), for 20 seconds with 15 frames/sec. and the resulting video file was 1.45 GB!!! MY GOAL: to be able to do a walkthrough of my project for 5-6 minutes where I can contain the memory of the file to less than 100MB which is the Youtube limit.I have seen other revit experts do hyper-realistic walkthroughs with waaaaaaay more detail and color and texture, etc. than this simple blocky 20-second version and they last for over 4 minutes on YouTube. How do I do this on revit, and still get a good quality walkthough (i.e. not too blocky/jerky!!!)??Many thanks, your answers are deeply appreciated.JoB

The trick is to use windows movie maker.  WMM let's you add titles, music, transitions, and credits.  When you export from WMM it compresses the file down to something that plays well on YT.  Another trick is to break your walkthrough path into seperate walkthroughs, so you can better control the frame rate for each scene.  Here's one I did, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pd1shrcBS3g
