Hi guys,

I'm filing a bit stupid now when scrolling around trying to find the settings for masses where I could solve my problem... but I just can't. I hope some of you know the answer - would much appreciate it.

I'm attaching two pictures. The first one is showing the "normal" visual result when you model an energy model from mass. You get nice colorish result and you can select each surface separately and manualy specify let's say percentage of glazing. But on the second picture you see my problematic example, where ther is no nice appearance, nor option of manual selection of surface. I can only select the whole perimeter zone ...

In both cases I used "show mass surface types" option for showing masses. I also pasted the dialog for energy settings on the pictures, so you can see the settings... The only thing that I suspect is the project template - I'm using the standard one for "normal" case and my own for the problematic one. Where are those settings. ...could not find them in object styles or in visibilty/graphic overrides.

Thanks, best regards, Milos

Well yes, was a bit stupid Smile After 4years of Revit I still sometimes find myself circling around a problem, a simple problem... but then the next day, everything gets its solution. It's the moment of dumbnes ... Smile

Of course, the apperiance is a matter of object styles. You just define materials for massing components.

But the other problem is still there. It's a bug I think. Everytime I run the analysis and come back to the model, I cannot manually select just one surface. But if I close revit and run it again, everything works fine... but again, just until I run the analysis...

Well that's how it is.

Cheers.
