Hi, I need to make a void in a wall, at a corner. How can I do this? It is essentially a window opening that is at a corner. Any ideas? Thanks, Craig

On this topic as well... How would you make a reveal? Can you do Boolean operations in Revit? How? Thanks

Here's your answer Ace: It's all in the "terminology". Boolean operations are referred to as "cut-outs" and are very easy if you look in Help. Reveals are also described in Help. Isn't this forum helpful. Thanks. You're welcome. Let's have lunch now. OK.

Hola, wasn't sure if you were able to get your questions answered completely. You can modify a wall and put any kind of void you want in it by clicking on it and selecting "edit elevation profile" at the top. You will need to go to an elevation view of the wall and draw the hole you want. As far as reveals go, you can add one in the wall's type properties or use the "host sweep" tool on the modelling tab. Did you have a more specific question on reveals? You might have figured all this out already, but if not, I hope this was helpful. -Hiroshi-
