using the stock 2.5 x 5 mullion, the horizontals will not turn the corner continuously around the square corner mulliion despite my setting them to be so in the curtainwall properties dialog.  They cut off at some some mid mullion.    Whats wrong?

I also created a new mullion by duplicating the above and increasing its thickness, offsetting it so it is flush with the others on the inside, making it like it has a cap, and it too needs to be continuous around the corner but will not.

Is there any way I can adjust these guys by extending them or joining them, etc. in the model?     Thanks

Your question is not clear.  An image would help.

Are you horizontals deepaer than your verticals and this is what you want to "turn" the corner?  If so, you might have to make a special added family for this.

You could also play with turning off the join and letting one CW extend past the corner the extre dpth of these mullions and holding your vertical back.  (empty system panel in the extended area)

Thanks for responding.  Here is an image, hopefully it pastes in.    This vertical corner mulls are stopping to allow the horizontal to continue but the horizontals are not joining.      If there is simply a way to extend one horizontal mull or the other, I need to know how to do this, what tools to use.   thanks

Eactly what I thought you might be talking about.  You want the mullion to wrap a corner and the will never extend beyond the limits of the CW.  Re-read my post because your answer is there.
