Is it possible to rotate Annotation Tags 90 deg? As an example, I need to rotate Electrical Device Circuit tags.

Thanks to you I found the problem.
I've created this tag with "Rotate with.." checked. That why the box "Horizontal/Vertical" in the green toolbar was gray, and I could not select it.
