Can anyone save my sanity!!? I have been tasked to link a 384 page construction document with all the sections, details, and title sheet views and it is going on week 2! I basically need to have the pdf or anyother file format that can be viewed on a tablet to have links so that when you touch/click on a detail head it takes you to the detail just as in working in Revit.
Major apprecaiation for any help. thanks.RC

You want a rollover hotspot. Check this out and go on from there: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/InDesign/6.0/WS8E75577F-28B0-4edd-A95F-D4BEDD570EE1.html

Yep, thats what I am doing in Blue Beam but I am sick of doing this manually, there are about 3,000 hotspots I need to create and I am seaking a computerized automatic way of doing this from revit to pdf/dwf/etc.
thanks.

Try exporting to a single DWF. Revit will automatically create the hotlilnks for callouts just like you are working in Revit.
The DWF viewer that comes from Autodesk works well on a desltop/laptop. Autodesk just released Design Review Mobile for iPad, but I think it only works with a Buzzsaw subscription - and it is not avaiable for Android tablets yet.

I can't answer your direct question but just to pipe in, the new Design Review Mobile for iPad does NOT require a buzzsaw subscription. You simply download the free app from I tunes and then export your Revit file to a dwf. We share models with our sales team through the autodesk cloud but you could also transfer the file directly from your PC to the Ipad using I tunes.

Thanks for the info guys, I am going to try the DWF route on Monday and hopefully I can convince the Management to go that route because manually linking PDF files is ridiculous.
