Hey.. why doesnt the page number on my interior elevation symbol show on my floor plans... I cant seem to even manually insert it in.

It will only show when the elevation is placed on a sheet. If you have placed the view on a sheet, then either that elevation marker has been hidden or the category is off.... There are some other possibilities but lets hear about these first.
