On our big projects we use bulletins and revisions.. bulletins are used before we issue our stamped and sealed construction documents. They are for any changes made that would effect the cost. Which these are shown just like revisions with the cloud and the schedule in the title block, and we have this set up using the all of the revision stuff that revit has offered. BUT now we are getting ready to issue our stamped and sealed construstion documents and we need to hide all of the bulletin clouds and the schedule. Then begin a new schedule and new clouds for revisions. Any help would be greatly apperciated. thank you

This is easy.

  1. Manage tab/ Addition settings / revisions - merge them all into one ... this will be retitled and re-dated as your first revision later.
  2. Select a cloud somehwere
  • - right click and select all instances in the project
  • - delete them

Now you have a clean project waiting for your first revision.

BTW - Just archive a copy of the central before you do this as your record.  No need to keep this information in your current file.
