I am tryng to load curtain wall mullion to my project-----------I have tried from the families even from the web library------------warning shows its not of a correct category.

anyone give me some advice

A curtain wall mullion is a profile - loaded in the profile family location and the mullion profile has to be set to be used as a mullion in the family category settings - within the family editor.
