Hi all

Could anybody assist me with a problem. Im trying to create an asbuilt model of a building. i have already created an architectural version and have linked it into MEP. i would like to be able to transfer my lights and radiators from Architecture to MEP to try and link them with pipes etc. If I cant link them I would like them to at least look right in MEP.

If anyone has any advice they could offer it would be much appreciated.

Dave

Assuming these families will work with MEP, you could open the MEP model, then open the architectural project detached under a different project name, select the family from the broser, right click and select all instances in the project , copy to clipboard, then switch to the MEP model and paste aligned - same place.

Corrected my typing - it is getting worse.....
