Is it possible te create text which is only visible on screen and not visible on printed sheets ?

I suggest you use working views for in house notes.

agreed.
also, we use text styles devoted specifically to internal comments.
two reasons we do this:
1. visual distinction between documentation and internal comments
2. thoroughness - we are able to select all instances of the text type to ensure we haven't missed anything, and to make sure none of these comments end-up in a deliverable set.
