It really doesn't matter if that wall type exists or not. Simply create a wall type like that and use it.

There is no such template for you to find or download. Walls are system family and there is no template. You have wall types in the project template you use when you start your project. To create a new wall type, you modify one of your basic walls, duplicating it to create a new type, then add-subtract materials as you need.
I do not have the book you are talking about but I can guarantee you that there is no project template that has a really complicated wall type in it. All project templates have simple basic walls.
I suggest you start by using one of these simple walls, then learn how to modify it.

The Brick and CMU on MTL Stud wall you refer to can be found in the US Imperial Template (default.rte). If this template is not installed on your system, go to Control Panel - Programs & Features (Win 7), select your Revit program and then click Uninstall/Change. In the Revit window that appears, click Add or Remove Features and then place a tick next to US Metric. This will install the template.
Once installed, start a new project using this template and you will be able to draw walls of the type Brick and CMU on MTL Stud.
You can then, of course, copy this wall and paste it into whatever project you are working on (even if it is based on a different template).
Good luck.

Should have added that another, possibly easier, way is to download the datasets from the books companion website. These will all have the said wall available for use.
