Hi RevitCity,

I'm using Revit 2011 on Windows 7.  I wanted to make a custom elevation tag so it looks like the section tag in Revit.  So, I follow the Revit Help instructions found here:

The family is made.  I flex it in a blank project.  It's good so far.

But when I load it into an existing Revit project that already has elevation tags and change my Elevation Tag Settings so that my project uses this new custom tag, all of my pre-existing elevation tags turn upside down -- the detail number is on the bottom and the sheet number is on top.  Weird thing is, any NEW elevation tags I create are all right side up. 

After exploring the problem a bit, I see there is no difference between the orientation of the view (by that, I mean left, right, up, or down), whether it's attached to a grid or not, nor the type of elevation -- none of that fixes the problem.

Has anyone come across this before?
