(Revit Arch 2011) Is there a way to quickly add a Title Block to multiple existing sheets?

Yes.... Just use a titleblock family and swap titleblocks in the project.  Once loaded into the project, you can find your original titleblock family in the browser, right click and SA then just swap it out.

Just to throw it out there, if you have sheets without title blocks, you can copy one, then paste aligned and select the sheets that you want to paste it at.  Otherwise, select all desired sheets and swap the title blocks out like WWHub said.

Thank you.  The Paste-->Aligned to Selected Views from the Modify-->Clipboard tab worked perfectly.

You should not be adding titleblocks to views..... You should be adding sheets and placing views on sheets.
