How does one adjust the length of the viewport title wrapping in Revit 2011?

One creates a new view title, if you create your family with this in mind, take the same label, but copies of it, making them different lengths, lets say short, medium, long.  Create the yes no parameters to go with, and set them to control the visibility of each of the different labels you made.  Load family into project, click on the viewport on a sheet, select type properties, then select edit, make a new title using the family you created, a short, medium and a long.  Now you can assign per your need.

Revit doesn't allow much flexibility to be controlled from within a view title, as you can't propagate any of the data or controls to your family, so you have to create different viewport types for each different method of displaying a title.

Not that I'm aware of, albeit most of my research to this end was back in version 2009, but nothing has changed towards that end to cause me to think it is any different.  PLEASE somebody prove me wrong, in this case, I'd LOVE to be wrong, I hate not being able to control the length of a label, when it wraps, etc.  You should be able to allow/disallow the stretching of text of a family/nested family.
