I am currently using Revit MEP 2011 and can't figure out a way to Pin or Lock down the linked Architectural model. This has been an ongoing issue and is a real pain when the model gets accidentaly moved. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have no problems pinning the architect's linked model in Revit Structure 2011.  Just select the linked model and click pin on the Modify RVT Links ribbon.  If you have worksharing enabled you will have to make the link editable before being able to pin it.  When the link is pinned a warning will pop up if I try to move the link.

Depending on how you linked the file will affect your ability to pin. IIRC, if you link the file using shared coordinates you won't be able to pin it.
