Hi everyone,

Does anyone knows about quantities done in revit in dept? please check attached screenshot. i want to create this type of quantities in revit. Don't look at the field names. i just want to make something like these columns. And i had seen that someone has added two times material parameters for two different elements with same name and different materials. Please help me out...

1st check your help files!

New->Schedule->Doors

Pick your fields as you require & sort them to the required arrangement using the move up/down buttons

To group the headers highlight the boxes, right click & 'group headers' & write in 'door' or 'frame' as required.

under the sorting tab check 'itemise all instances'

re-read the question - you will have to add a sheared parameter to the door family called 'frame material', using shared parameters you'll then be able to schedule the frame material
