I have no problem following the help instructions for finding gross area in revit - but c'ant seem to find a m2 tally anywhere.Am I missing something simple Cheers

hi bobbo not sure if this is what you are looking for, but i think you will need to create a schedule of areas, and then in the sorting/grouping option there is a 'grand total' choice. i think that will sum your areas. otherwise there is a calculated value in field option, but mr spot will have to help you there - he is the formula wizard!

Are you just trying to have revit show the mē on the end? Depending on whether is a schedule or a plan you can set revit show this suffix. Either in your project units or the setting in the tag or the format option in the schedule. If this is what your after let me know and i'll explain better. HTH.
