I want to make some arc reveal in a wall in revit,but I only fond verticle and horizontal reveals, is there something else method to make a arc reveal in a project wall, not in family.

Yes, you need to create that in a "In-Place" family, in a elevation view go to "Set work plane" and select the face of that wall, then go to Home>Component>Model in-Place, select the "Wall" category, give it a name, then use a "Void" extrusion with the shape you want, check in a 3D or Plan view if the void is cutting the wall like you want/need, after this use the "Cut Geometry" tool, select the void than select the wall, now you can finish the in-place family.
